My work brings together psychotherapy, family constellations and astrology, offering different ways to develop greater self-awareness, understanding and clarity.
You may come with something specific you want to explore, or simply with a sense that something in your life is ready to shift. Together, we can look at what is happening now, what may have been carried through family patterns, and what may support you in moving forward.
My approach is warm, thoughtful and respectful of each person’s individual journey.
